Do you offer any package deals?

Yes! We have a number of different package deals that will save you money!

Does someone need to be present during the photo shoot? 

It's not necessary for anyone to be present IF there is a way to gain access into the property. We can gain access using either a numeric code lockbox or a SUPRA lockbox, with prior consent from the homeowner or real estate agent. 


Is it permissible for the agent or homeowners to stay during the shoot? 

The agent and homeowner are allowed to be home for the shoot. We advise that you stay out of the immediate area in order for us to work efficiently and take the best photos, videos and 3D tours possible


What steps can I take to ensure the property is ready for photos? 

You can prepare your property by removing all personal belongings, cleaning the home prior to our arrival, and removing unnecessary clutter. You'll find a comprehensive Preparation Guide on our website. All staging should be complete prior to our arrival.

Is shifting furniture during the session allowed? 

The property should be ready for photography prior to our arrival. Moving furniture during the session is inefficient and can delay the process, especially if multiple services like photos and 360° tours are scheduled. 


The photographer is here and we are not ready for photos. Now What?

If the property is not photograph ready upon arrival and photographer is delayed by more than 15 minutes, there will be a $25 fee added to the cost of service. 

If more than 20 minutes of cleaning/staging is needed, the appointment may be canceled  or rescheduled and there will be a cancellation fee for $35 + any travel fee (08857 -> Property Address: $1.25/mile, first ten miles free). 


What's the lead time for booking a photography session?

 We try to accommodate last-minute/same-day bookings as best as we can. It is best to schedule a few days in advance, if possible.


What if the house is empty? 

An unfurnished house can still be photographed. We recommend considering staging key areas or opting for our virtual staging services to enhance appeal. Our virtual staging options include a variety of styles for just $15 per image.


Do you handle MLS uploads? 

We provide you with the images and virtual tours through email, but uploading anything to the MLS or Zillow is the owner/realtor’s responsibility.


Who retains the rights to the photographs? 

All images and media produced remain the property of Pick Three Photography. Purchasing our services grants you the license to use these images for marketing purposes. Redistribution or alteration without prior consent is prohibited.


Delivery Timelines: 

All materials, including photos, videos, floor plans, virtual tours and virtual staging are typically delivered within 24 hours. Sometimes, the floor plan can take up to 36 hours to process. We will inform you of any delays. 


Cancellation Policy: 

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee. 

If we are not given prior notice and are unable to access the property OR if the property is not ready for photographs and needs to be cancelled, there will be a cancellation fee of $35 + travel fee (08857 -> Property Address: $1.25/mile, first ten miles free). 


Adverse Weather Procedures: 

Typically, we like to ensure the weather forecast looks good prior to confirming the day/time of your photoshoot. Interior shots are not affected by weather. In the case of sudden severe weather, we can reschedule exteriors at no additional cost. 


Commercial Real Estate Photography: 

Yes, we offer services for commercial properties. Please contact us for a quote.


Payment Instructions: 

Payment is due within 24 hours after delivery via an emailed invoice. We accept major credit cards, checks or cash (on-site only). Receipts/Invoices will be emailed to you.
