Home-Prep Checklist

Property Setup Guide

For a flawless photography session, your property should be fully prepared before our arrival.

This guide outlines essential steps for setting up your space.

Preparation Musts:

Interior Setup:

Kitchen and Bathrooms: Clear away all personal items and clutter. Kitchens should have minimal items on counters, nothing on the refrigerator, chairs straightened. Bathrooms should be clear of personal toiletries, such as soaps, shampoos, tooth brushes, etc. Garbage cans should be hidden away, toilet lids closed, and have only decorative items displayed.

Bedrooms and Living Areas: Ensure all rooms are tidy, with personal items stored away. Beds should be made and living spaces should be cleaned, organized and decluttered. Pillows should be straightened, fans turned off, remove toys, tidy up closets, etc.

Visibility and Safety: All residents and pets should be in a non-photographed area to ensure smooth operation and safety for all involved.

Exterior Setup:

Front and Driveway: Ensure that there are no vehicles obstructing the view of the property. Garbage bins and other unsightly items should be stored out of sight.

Lawn and Backyard: The lawn should be mowed, and all personal items like toys and tools should be stored. Ensure no pet waste is left on the property.

Additional Details: Ensure all lights are on and ceiling fans are off to prevent motion during photos. Remove all personal photos or store them out of view.

We appreciate your cooperation in preparing your property and are excited to help showcase it beautifully!
